A little about me!

Hi, I’m Mich.

I’m a certified personal trainer and gym manager who believes movement is one of the most powerful tools we have—for both physical health and mental well-being. Strength training helped me through some of my own struggles, and it’s what drives my passion for coaching today.

With a background in sports and social services, I bring both structure and empathy to my training style. I focus on meeting people where they’re at, building confidence through movement, and creating sustainable habits that support strength, mobility, and longevity.

Whether you're new to fitness, getting back into it, or looking for a challenge, my goal is to help you feel capable, strong, and supported—without pressure or judgment.
