This full-body class blends functional strength training with conditioning. You’ll use a mix of weights, bodyweight, and dynamic movement patterns. All levels welcome—modifications provided.

Get ready to sweat in our high-energy Spin & Strength class under red lights for an extra boost of motivation and focus. This class combines cycling intervals with strength circuits using bodyweight and free weights.
